Dr Ram Kumar is an active medical expert witness and co-founder of Expert Genie Pro. Through his day-to-day expert witness work, he has experienced first-hand the challenges of managing enquiries, cases, documentation, deadlines and practice administration.

Expert Genie Pro was created to address these challenges, bringing together the tools expert witnesses need in one secure, organised platform. Dr Kumar continues to play a central role in shaping the product, ensuring it remains grounded in the practical realities of expert witness practice.

Darren Smith is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortythree Tech. He leads the overall vision and delivery of Expert Genie Pro, working closely with the team to ensure the platform meets the needs of expert witnesses while providing a secure and scalable foundation for future growth.

His focus is on building technology that solves real-world problems and delivers meaningful value to professional users.

Juliette Kumar is Chief Operating Officer at Fortythree Tech and plays a key role in the operational delivery of Expert Genie Pro. Working across the business, she helps ensure the platform develops in a way that is practical, sustainable and aligned with the needs of expert witnesses.

Her focus is on bringing together people, processes and delivery to support the continued growth and success of Expert Genie Pro.

Dom leads the technical development of Expert Genie Pro. With more than 28 years' experience building and scaling secure SaaS platforms, including solutions used within regulated environments, he is responsible for the architecture that sits behind the platform.

His focus is on creating a secure, reliable and scalable solution that expert witnesses can trust to support the management of their practice, documents, deadlines and professional responsibilities.

Claire leads marketing and communications for Expert Genie Pro. With more than 25 years' experience across healthcare, technology and regulated sectors, she is responsible for communicating the value of the platform and supporting engagement across the expert witness community.

Working closely with users, partners and the wider team, Claire helps ensure Expert Genie Pro is presented clearly and credibly, helping build understanding of the platform and supporting engagement across the profession.

Ben brings experience across customer onboarding, recruitment and insight-led engagement, helping organisations better understand and support their customers.

He works closely with Expert Genie Pro users throughout their onboarding journey and beyond, helping them become familiar with the platform, providing ongoing support and gathering valuable feedback and insight.

His role helps ensure Expert Genie Pro continues to develop in ways that reflect the real-world needs of expert witnesses.

Tom brings experience working within complex environments and a strong analytical approach to understanding customer needs and challenges.

He works closely with Expert Genie Pro users throughout their onboarding journey and beyond, helping them become familiar with the platform, providing ongoing support and gathering valuable feedback and insight.

His focus on customer insight helps ensure the platform remains aligned with the day-to-day realities of expert witness practice.

Emma brings experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering a positive customer experience.
