Yes. Expert Genie Pro is built on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency. The platform is designed with UK GDPR compliance from the ground up, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and full audit trails. Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certification are in progress.
No. Your case data, documents, and practice information are not shared with other experts or third parties. Any optional intelligence features operate only on anonymised, aggregated patterns and require your explicit permission.
